How we work

Six steps, as you experience them. No months-long specification phase, no weekly status meetings — written communication, milestones, and a portal where you always see where we are.

You tell us what you need. Via the form or a document, in your own words. No "specification" required.
We ask back — in writing, in one round. Our answers are often short screen recordings: faster for you and for us.
A proposal split into milestones. Fixed prices, referencing a concrete specification, with committed dates.
One-click approval + deposit. Work starts here — and this is when you get access to the client portal.
Delivery. We deliver per milestone; you accept. Change requests can be submitted anytime — they get an S/M/L price tag and only start after your approval.
Handover. Everything is yours: the working system, the full source code and the documentation, with training. During development we work in our own protected environment; at handover you receive everything — and if you wish, we operate it for a monthly fee.

Mutual rules

These are not strictness — they keep deadlines on both sides:

If a delivered milestone gets no feedback within 5 business days, it counts as accepted — this is in the contract too.

If our questions go unanswered, the committed deadline slips by the same amount as the delay.

Changes only start with an approved price tag. No "I assumed this was included" debates.
